1. If the customer changes their service location, the warranty and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) will become void.
2. If, after inspection, the customer decides not to avail of the service, a visit/inspection charge will be applicable.
3. Any kind of physical damage to the appliance or machine is not covered under the Warranty or AMC.
4. One free revisit is allowed during the warranty period. No visit charge will be applicable for this revisit.
5. An additional charge of ₹200 will be applicable for services provided between 8:30 PM and 11:00 PM.
6. In case the same problem reoccurs after service, no refund will be provided. However, the issue will be inspected as per the service policy.
7. If the machine cannot be repaired at the customer's location and needs to be transported to the service center, transportation charges will be borne by the customer.
8. Payment must be made immediately after completion of the service, either in cash or through online payment methods.
9. We shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by electrical faults, including burning, short-circuiting, or explosion of the appliance.
10. Consumable and fragile items such as bulbs, glass parts, plastic parts, and normal wear-and-tear components are not covered under the AMC.
11. Warranty and AMC coverage are subject to proper usage and maintenance of the appliance as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
12. The company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
